Chief Technical Director
With over nineteen years of systems experience, Ed
Grossman is currently directing technical operations of SynEcology, and
coordinating software development efforts. Ed has a broad set of skills in
infrastructure technologies and web application development and possesses
deep specialized expertise in SharePoint technologies. He has worked as a technology
consultant internationally, assisting in development and
implementation of web based communications strategies for many major firms.
Ed has been working with SharePoint Technologies since the release of
SharePoint Portal Server 2001, and has an extensive track
record in designing enterprise architectures to achieve business solutions
that support mission critical operations. Ed holds several technical
certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a BS in Resource Management from SUNY ESF/Syracuse
University. |

Managing Director, SynEcology
Jeanne Conde serves as a SharePoint applications specialist and
SQL consultant. She is a former licensed
professional engineer, and key to Jeanne’s project management skill is her
ability to transform client's business requirements into solutions that
achieve their business objectives. Jeanne is also a SharePoint workflow
designer and developer. Jeanne currently specializes in
Microsoft Office systems and Microsoft SQL integration. Jeanne holds several technical
certifications, including Microsoft SQL management and a BS in Engineering from SUNY ESF/ Syracuse
University.

soon as possible after the conflict is discovered.
- SynEcology will only
represent opinions as independent if they are free from subordinated
judgment and there is no undisclosed interest in the outcome of the

client informed of any matters relating to the contract even if the
